BEHIND THE ENERGII
Where It Began
Energii, began his musical journey playing drums in church as a child. He would transition from drummer to songwriter after spending years under the mentorship of Curtis and Eric Hudson known for hit songs (Holiday by Madonna & Kanye's Flashing Lights). He would learning how to mix melodies with words creating heartfelt songs for and with the likes of Cheri Dennis, Corey 'Latif' Williams, Mario, Usher, Johnta Austin, Naturi Naughton, Lloyd and many more that would showcase his craft.
As time would allow, Energii is now stepping from behind the Pen and instruments to stand behind the mic. It is his hearts desire for everyone that listens, to take this journey on the road to artistry with him as he shares good music that reveals what it means to be in love with the God of his salvation. As he shares his uplifting passion to spread hope and deep conviction to love, he hopes you too will enjoy this journey.
